Class Option times for each training block
Yearly Training blocks run for 8 weeks at a time during the following months:
IcemanRemix: September - November
PowerGrind: November - January
SteadyClimb: January - March
PowerMaxx: March - May
Training Blocks are built around 3 structured rides per week. You will meet with your class 2 days a week and be responsible for a 3rd structured ride that you can do in the studio anytime Friday through Sunday.

what to expect & how to show up prepared
We’ve compiled a list of general FAQ’s so you know what to expect for your first class!
Each class is 75 minutes.
Show up 15 minutes early to your first class so your instructor can help you adjust your bike. Consider measuring your seat height at home, as well as bar height and the distance between the tip of your saddle and the stem.
Bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats. Make sure they’re clean. Really clean.
Don’t forget 2 full water bottles and fuel.
A banana, a gel, or an energy bar are crucial to getting the most out of your class. Come to class hydrated and ready to rock!
Park in the rear of the building if you are in one of the early bird classes. There are many more spots available and you’ll be closer to the studio!
On your second or third class, you’ll take a Power Test to determine your workout zones. We typically test your first block, then every alternate block to measure your improvement.
We have showers available after class. Bring a towel, and be respectful of your fellow athletes’ time as you take your shower.
You’ll never pedal alone. Your class is your community - by committing to your time spot, you’re committing to being there for your friend and fellow athletes.
